Our process (called S.C.O.P.E. which is short for Site Continuous Optimization & Persuasive Enhancements) streamlines productivity and reduces costs. Conversion Optimization can take a long time. Instead of charging for this time, we have created methods to easily expose potential optimizations and provide this to our experts to make educated decisions.

Our Founders

Keith Hagen comes from the Web Optimization world, and has been gaining insights into what is and isn’t working with websites, since 2002. Following his post-graduate studies, Keith moved from his native Nova Scotia, Canada to Colorado to work as a Internet programmer, and then onto the the business side of online. In the corporate world, he has driven the improvements of over 30 websites (eCommerce & B2B) as the eBusiness leader at Gates Corporation and Oerlikon-Melco’s LiveDesigner.com. As a subject matter expert, Keith is a regular contributor to the Online Marketing Institute (OMI). When not working, Keith can be found hauling his kids to music or skating lessons or spending quality time with the family in Denver & Copper Mountain, CO.

Mike Belasco originates from the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) world, honing his skills in the 90s during the dot com boom working for online industry giants like Sun Microsystems and Level 3 Communications. After successfully building his own successful Search Marketing company, SEOverflow, Mike partnered with Keith to enable web agencies to provide Conversion Optimization services to their clients. As a subject matter expert, Mike regularly speaks at national industry events and conferences including: Search Engine Strategies (SES), Search Marketing Expo (SMX), Search Engine Marketing Professionals of Portland (SEMpdx), and Business Marketing Association (BMA) events. When not at work, you may find Mike over his head in the rivers of Colorado fly fishing, or being dragged around by his little daughter.
